Side By Side Share partners with stripe for ID/selfie user verification ensuring that your renters have a valid drivers license, meet our age requirements, and are who they say they are.

Secure Payments

All payments made through the website are encrypted and secure through Stripe. For your own safety, it is important that you never take payment outside of the website. All cleaning fees and extras will be available to handle through the site.

Side By Side Share Protection Plan

Here at Side By Side Share, we take pride in taking care of our UTV/ATV owners. Our standard protection plan is required for the renter each day they have your rig, and it's built into the transaction process. We hold a $1000 deposit that can go toward the deductible if needed. The deposit is released back to the renter 48 hours after the rental is completed. Claims need to be started within 48 hours after the rental period has ended.

What is covered?

Up to $40,000 in damage for UTV's including your trailer.
Up to $12,000 in damage for ATV's including your trailer.

It is important that owners take responsibility in teaching the renter appropriate driving behaviors when they pick up your rig, even if they claim to have experience with UTV and ATV's. Always fill out the departure/return forms and take video before and after each rental period. For more information on what to teach and share with renters, watch our safety video below. Watching these videos will only take up about 7 minutes of your time, and you will learn important aspects for renting out your rig safely. ALL UTV and ATV owners listing on SxS Share must watch these videos.

There is no coverage for injury. Instead, renters sign a liability waiver taking responsibility for any injury that may occur during the rental period. Side By Side Share is not an insurance company, and the rental contract with Side By Side Share under the Protection Plan, which limits your responsibility for physical damage to the rented vehicle, is not insurance. Our rental agreement, departure/return forms, and video of the machine before and after are required in the event of a claim.
