Captain’s Hideaway is currently the only local shop that requires a damage deposit ($1,000), which may actually lower your liability if something goes wrong.

• Age limits: In order to rent a UTV in Broken Bow, primary drivers typically need to be 25 + of age with a valid driver’s license.

What are the best UTV Trails around Broken Bow?

For starters, some of Broken Bow’s best UTV trail action centers around the Ouachita National Forest, which is just north of Broken Bow and spills into Arkansas. It’s home to one of the most popular OHV trails in the region, known as the K-Trail. The K-Trail is ~90 miles long, but there are shorter routes that reach up to 30 miles – enough to tackle in a full day.

For more beginner‑friendly trails, checkout Forest Service roads like Rattlesnake Bluff, Cedar Creek and Two‑Mile Road, which offer easy dirt or gravel stretches. Other popular options include Fish Fry Creek, and the Old Military Road that neighbors Talimena State Park.

Can I keep my UTV rental overnight?

No. None of the Hochatown outfitters currently allow overnight rentals, so plan your trail mileage within the booking window.
