Flagstaff UTV Rentals

UTV Rental & Touring Directory

Flagstaff boasts miles of high‑country trails, but UTV rental choices are slim – unless you head south toward Sedona, where a cluster of operators awaits.

Below are the primary options for renting (or touring) a UTV in and around Flagstaff.

Munds Park Off-Road

Address: 17580 S Munds Ranch Rd, Munds Park, AZ 86017
Phone: 928-286-0056

  • Fleet: Polaris
  • Delivery Services: No
  • Damage Deposit: $1500 or $3000
  • Offerings: 2-Hour, Half-day, Full-day
  • Tour offered? No

Munds Park Off‑Road sits just south of Flagstaff and is the region’s go‑to UTV rental operation. As a Polaris Adventures affiliate, it fields late‑model Polaris machines, so you can count on fresh equipment and straightforward pricing.

Extreme Arizona

Address: 1 Vc Dr, Bellemont, AZ 86015
Phone: (928) 595-2685

  • Fleet: Can-Am
  • Delivery Services: No
  • Damage Deposit: $1500
  • Offerings: 2-Hour, Half-day
  • Tour offered? Yes

Extreme Arizona brings its Phoenix‑area expertise north, planting a fleet of new Can‑Ams directly at Village Camp Resort. Although full‑day rentals aren’t offered, the on‑site trailhead makes two‑ and four‑hour slots easy and efficient.

Grand Canyon UTV Tour

Address: 106 9th St Williams, Arizona, 86046
Phone: (928) 779-3164

  • Fleet: Honda Talon, Can-Am Defender
  • Damage Deposit: None
  • Offerings: Half-day tour, Full-day tour
  • Tour offered? Yes

West of Flagstaff is Grand Canyon UTV Tours in the town of Williams. Unlike the other UTV rental options primarily serving the Flagstaff region, Grand Canyon UTV Tour specializes in Tours only, meaning no unguided free-to-roam UTV rentals are available. Grand Canyon UTV Tour does however offer some pretty unique touring experiences you can’t find anywhere else.

  • Summer: In the summer months, this outfitter offers two tours – a full day 100-mile outdoor adventure overlooking the Grand Canyon and back, as well as a half-day scenic Verde River Tour.
  • Winter: In the winter months, even with snow on the ground, you can book the Jerome Ghost Town Tour.

What’s the Best Season for Riding in Flagstaff?

Late spring through early fall is prime time: snow has melted, the alpine meadows are open, and temperatures are mild. From November to March, cold and snow shut most operators down – another reason you’ll find only a handful of rental companies in the area.

What Makes Side by Side Share Different?

We’re a peer‑to‑peer UTV rental marketplace. Renting through Side by Side Share means booking directly from local owners for 24‑hour (or longer) windows, giving you more flexibility, fewer restrictions, and often a better hourly rate. Listings in Flagstaff are still rare, but our statewide map already covers other parts of Arizona.
